For some Hilio ALIFE Pro 5000 orders, spare parts and accessories may ship separately from the main unit.

This means your main order may arrive first, while the spare part or accessory arrives a few days later in a separate shipment.

If your accessory has separate tracking, please use that tracking link to follow the delivery.

If the spare part or accessory still has not arrived after a few business days, please contact us with your order number so our team can check the second shipment for you.
