I am missing parts from my orderUpdated a month ago

We’re sorry if something appears to be missing from your order.

For some Hilio ALIFE Pro 5000 orders, spare parts and accessories may ship separately from the main unit. This means the main product may arrive first, while the spare parts or accessories arrive a few days later in a separate shipment.

If you have separate tracking for the additional shipment, please check that tracking link for the latest delivery update.

If your order is not an ALIFE Pro 5000, or if the second shipment has not arrived within 5 business days after the main delivery, please contact us.

Please include:

Order number
A photo of everything you received in the box
A short description of what you believe is missing

Our team will review this and help with the next step.
