When will my HEPA filter set or pre-order item ship?Updated a month ago

Some accessories, such as HEPA filter sets for the Hilio Cotair Pro 650W, may be sold as pre-order items.

Pre-order items have a stated shipping date on the product page. Payment is taken when the order is placed, and the item ships from the warehouse once the pre-order stock is ready.

Once your pre-order item has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
