If your Hilio vacuum is not charging, please try the steps below first.
Make sure the dock or charger is plugged in properly.
Check whether the indicator light shows power.
If your vacuum has a removable battery, make sure the battery is properly seated.
Try a different power outlet.
Let the vacuum charge for at least 4 hours before trying again.
