My tracking link is not working or has not updatedUpdated a month ago

Tracking links can sometimes take 24 to 48 hours to activate after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

If your order was recently dispatched, please check the tracking link again the next day. You can also try entering the tracking number directly on the courier’s website.

If your tracking has not moved or updated for more than 5 business days since the last scan, please contact us with your order number.

Our team will check this further with the courier and get back to you with an update.
