My robot vacuum is not connecting to the appUpdated a month ago
If your Hilio robot vacuum is not connecting to the app, please try the steps below.
First, make sure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4 GHz. The robot will not connect to a 5 GHz network.
Next, reset the robot by holding the reset button for 5 seconds until you hear a confirmation tone.
After resetting, open the app and try pairing the robot again.
Please also make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network you are trying to pair the robot with.
