My product broke after the warranty period. Can you repair it?Updated a month ago

Hilio products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

At the moment, we do not offer out-of-warranty repair services.

If your product is outside the warranty period, you may still be able to find replacement accessories on the product page, such as:

Filters
Brushes
Batteries, where available

If you are not sure which replacement part you need, please contact us with your order number, product model, and a short description of the issue.
