My order hasn’t arrivedUpdated a month ago

If your order has not arrived yet, please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email first.

Your tracking page will show the latest delivery status. If the parcel is still in transit, it may still be within the normal delivery window.

If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us with your order number and tracking number so our team can review this.

If your tracking has not moved or updated for more than 5 business days, please also contact us so we can look into it further.
