Discount codes must be applied at checkout before payment is completed.

Once an order has already been placed, discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.

What if the code did not work at checkout?

If your discount code did not work during checkout, please contact us and include:

Order number
Discount code used
Product you tried to apply it to
Screenshot of the issue, if available

Our team will check whether the code was valid for the product and market.

Why might a discount code not work?

A discount code may not work if:

The code has expired
The code is for a different country or market
The code does not apply to the product in your cart
The code was entered after checkout was completed
