Hilio products are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults that occur under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse
Damage caused by accidents
Normal wear and tear
Consumable parts such as brushes and filters

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, a photo or video showing the issue, and a short description of what is happening.
