Yes. Please continue to pay your Klarna invoice on schedule while your refund is being processed.

Once the refund has been processed on our side, it will usually appear in the Klarna app first. Klarna will then either offset the amount against your remaining balance or return it to your original payment method, depending on your invoice and payment status.

Please do not skip Klarna payments while waiting for a refund. Missed Klarna payments may affect your Klarna account standing.
